Yes, being a good trainer has downsides. Although a good trainer has positives such as enthusiasm, willingness to expand their knowledge, and genuinely caring for their clients, but being a good trainer also has negatives such as putting others needs before their own to the point it negatively impacts their own health, they care too much for clients success that they can experience emotional burnout, and, often, they charge too little for their services leading to business closures, financial stress, and a sense of hatred for a job they once loved. In today's podcast we discuss these negatives in further detail AND provide ways for trainers to fight against these negatives so they can live their best while still helping others do the same.
