As good hearted people we all want to help as many people as we can. But, with the best of intentions we may actually end up helping each person less than they really need. We must step back and realize we can't help the whole world, and learn how to best help those in our immediate world.
In our darkest moments it's hard to see the reasoning, it's hard to see the purpose, it's hard to see the light. But, no matter what we can't see, we must keep walking. If we stay where we are, we stay in the darkness, but if you move, even not knowing where, we can reach a new place, a brighter place.
Do you constantly look for the easy to apply and easy to understand, black and white rules, of common diets? Only to later find out the rules don't fit your real life, or, in order to fit the rules you have to live a restricted life? This causes feelings of guilt when you break the diet, and/or, causes feelings of frustration and burnout when you feel burdened by the diet and "healthy eating"... and eventually, you quit the diet, and are right back where you started.
